Whether you are a beginner, overcoming a plateau, rehabilitating from an injury or looking for sport-specific workouts, Prabh will motivate and support you in each session. We also offer ICBC Active Rehab Plans – those will a valid ICBC Claim # are eligible for 12 sessions!

Getting started

You can book 1, 5, 10 or 12 sessions, either privately or with a friend. Your first session may include a discussion of your goals, an assessment of your fitness level, an introduction to the equipment, and suggestions for proceeding. We offer 30 minute, 45 minute and 60 minute appointments, however your first session will likely be 60 minutes to give us time to go through the intake and assessment process.
