What people are saying…

  • The services offered from Chipperfield are exceptional. The therapists are supportive, informed with up-to-date research, and come with a wealth of resources and expertise. The exercises are shared digitally and are easy to view/print at home. The convenience of exercising at home makes motivation and activity more accessible. Because therapists come to your home, exercises are given that utilize the space and potential equipment you already have.

  • In British Columbia, you do not typically need a doctor's referral to access counselling services. Direct access to physiotherapy allows individuals to seek treatment from a counsellor without a referral from a physician or other healthcare provider. However, some extended health insurance plans may require a doctor's referral for coverage purposes. It's always a good idea to check with your insurance provider to understand the specific requirements and coverage details. Additionally, in certain cases, such as if you are involved in an ICBC claim, a doctor's referral may be necessary for coverage or claim-related purposes.

  • Yes! If your extended health plan allows for direct billing we can certainly accept it.

Note: some plans require you to submit claims manually.
