Gone are the days when receiving care meant lengthy waits, inconvenient clinic visits, and impersonal service. And long gone are the days when access to personalized rehabilitation was a luxury reserved for the few.

  • We’re HUGE fans of mobile rehab (obviously!) and we believe it’s the easiest way for clients to get accessible and convenient care in the comfort of their home. We built this company for those who are unable to get to a clinic either due to their injury, schedule, or location.

    In addition to the above, mobile rehab has some other great perks:

    •   No travel time to clinic (think of all the time you’ll save and the money saved on gas!)

    •   Inclement weather = no problem! We’ll brave the storms for you :)

    •   No parking fees or wasted time trying to FIND parking

    •   No waiting rooms (big bonus in this current Covid era!)

    •   Personalized, one to one treatment with your therapist (who isn’t distracted by other clients).

  • We understand that having a selection of payment options for clients is part of providing accessible rehabilitation, and we are proud to accept several forms of payment. You can pay using:

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for visits. With that being said, we understand that things happen! We’re pretty flexible and will always work with you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Once we have arranged an appointment, our front desk team will send you a short intake form to complete before your appointment. This allows our practitioners to gain some insight into your condition, medical history, and goals for the session.

    Your practitioner will greet you at your chosen location and will be wearing a medical-grade mask (we recommend you do as well). You’ll spend some time discussing your injury and medical history before our practitioner completes a thorough assessment. It’s best if you wear comfortable clothes and clear a 5 foot x 5 foot area for our practitioners (although we’re pretty adaptable if that isn’t possible!). 

    After your assessment, your practitioner will review their assessment findings and recommend a treatment plan that it tailored to suit your needs.  They will ensure you have a clear idea of your rehab journey, and will also recommend any additional rehab services they think would be beneficial for your recovery. 

    That’s it! You’re on the road to recovery! 

  • Certainly! Our mobile massage services, mobile acupuncture services, and mobile Kinesiology services are available for group discounts (more than 4 individuals). This is perfect for:

  • We are committed to following all Provincial and WSBC Guidelines. Here’s the list of things we are doing to protect your health and our staff: 

    SCREENING: Each patient and staff must successfully complete a digital screening questionnaire before the appointment is confirmed.

    PHYSICAL DISTANCING: To eliminate crowding and reduce surface touch-points, our practitioners will call/text you when they are outside your home. We will ask you to open the door for us, so that we can avoid touching surfaces. If you are not able to come to the door, we will be able to open it with our own disinfectant wipes. Payment via credit card is preferred, however we will still be accepting cash and cheques.

    DISINFECTION & SANITIZATION: We have implemented high-frequency cleaning protocols with AHS approved cleaning products. Frequency is above standard and followed the BC CDC Community Guidelines.

    MASKS: All practitioners will be wearing medical-grade masks at all times while in your home. We recommend that clients also wear their own homemade or medical mask. If you do not have a mask, we can provide you with one.

    HAND HYGIENE: Our practitioners will sanitize their hands in front of you at the appointment. We are also asking clients to wash their hands upon our arrival. We will use sanitizer before we exit and throughout the appointment as needed.

    COMPANIONS: Unless a client requires a caregiver or is a guardian to a child under the age of 18 years old, we ask that patients attend their appointments alone. Please kindly ask your family members to give you space during your appointments with us.
