Vanessa graduated from The University of Alberta with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2017. She has further training in The McKenzie Method for back pain and neck pain therapy. Vanessa is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Exercise Science & Persistent Pain Therapy at The University of Potsdam in Germany. She has also presented research at the World Physiotherapy Congress 2021 and lectured via the TALK series from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and at the Society of Alberta Occupational Therapists Congress on persistent pain management.
KATIE SAMPAT
Katie is a Mobile Kinesiologist and has been working in community therapy in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey and Burnaby. She grew up playing sports like baseball and track and field. Through a few of her own injuries and having to do rehab of her own, she found an interest in human anatomy and strength and conditioning. When she is not working, you can find Katie rock climbing in Squamish and other fun areas.
MICHELLE SCHRAMM
Michelle has experience with people experiencing a range of different injuries, surgeries, pain and neurological conditions, and she uses the latest research to help her clients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Michelle also has a passion for pelvic health physiotherapy, and a special interest in perinatal treatment. Michelle is an advocate about normalizing the discussion of, and pursuit of treatment for pelvic health concerns.

DAHRA ZAMUDIO
Dahra is a Registered Physiotherapy who has developed a keen interest in working with neurological (including post-stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis) as well as post-surgical clients.
